My New Year’s Resolutions

This year I will:
Hug the kids.
Tell my husband I love him.
Read books I like.
Try to listen to others.
Eat healthy, most of the time.
Breathe when I’m angry.
Remember the good moments.
Not put too much pressure on myself.

That’s what I did last year, and it worked out OK.

  1. To be less angry. Being happy is difficult sometimes when the kids are… being kids. But being angry takes a lot of effort too – and it’s far less productive in the long run!
    So from your list I’d choose “hug the kids”.
